The 10th Guangzhou Annual Investment Conference China to be held on April 8 and 9

The 10th Guangzhou Annual Investment Conference China is about to kick off on April 8 and 9. The event plans to carry out in-depth dialogues on the development trends of industries, such as the digital economy, green energy, artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, and bio-medicine.
More than 2,000 guests will participate in the annual investment conference, with representatives from more than 300 Fortune Global 500 companies and large multinational enterprises, over 200 of the top 500 domestic private enterprises and industry-leading companies, as well as more than 60 global unicorn enterprises and foreign consulates in Guangzhou, hitting a record high in scale.
The event will set up a plenary session at the Canton Fair Complex for the first time, also serving as a warming-up activity for the upcoming 135th session of Canton Fair, which is scheduled to be held on April 15.
According to a staff member of the Guangzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau, an exhibition featuring the achievements of Guangzhou’s investment promotion efforts in the past decade will also be held on the sidelines of the conference, while ten typical cases of investment in Guangzhou and a new batch of Guangzhou global investment partners will also be released at the same time.
The conference will also include 14 parallel forums, and display six routes for business tour. Representatives from governments of various districts in Guangzhou will share the latest industrial policies and investment opportunities.
Moreover, this year’s meeting has carried out six overseas sub-venue activities in advance. The first one started in Hong Kong on January 26, followed by those held in Silicon Valley in the United States, Frankfurt in Germany, Milan in Italy, Tokyo in Japan, and Singapore. These events conducted in-depth exchanges on investment topics such as Guangzhou-US technological innovation opportunities, Guangzhou-Hong Kong financial industry cooperation, Guangzhou and Singapore’s joint efforts to build China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, as well as Guangzhou and Japan’s business environments, attracting more than 100 institutes and 1,000 business representatives to attend.
