The documents required for ODI filing include:

Original copy of the domestic company’s business license and company seal.

The most recent financial audit report.

Photocopies of the identity cards of the legal representative, shareholders, directors, managers, and supervisors of the domestic company (if the shareholder is a company, provide a copy of the company’s business license).

Articles of association of the overseas company and its translation (if the overseas company already exists).

A commercial plan for the investment, or an outline of the market research, a summary of the source of investment funds, and an overview of the investment environment analysis and evaluation.
