When filing for FDI investment, the following steps are usually followed:
1. The application for investment project approval by the National Development and Reform Commission must be approved before the formal filing process can proceed;
2. Submit project related materials and enterprise information to the Ministry of Commerce for approval. After passing the review, an FDI filing certificate will be obtained;
3. Bring the certificate to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange for a record, and only after passing the record can FDI foreign exchange registration be carried out;
4. Complete the inflow and outflow of funds according to the FDI foreign exchange registration process: foreign exchange registration – opening an account – fund remittance – fund receipt registration – foreign exchange settlement use – profit remittance – account cancellation.
