An employer may entrust a special service agency registered in the “Foreigners Working in China Service Management System” to handle its work permit matters.
If a special service agency is entrusted to handle the application, extension, change, cancellation and reissue of the permit, the special service agency shall submit a letter of authorization from the employer, specify the entrusted unit, the specific entrusted person and the entrusted matters, and fill in the ID number number and contact phone number of the entrusted person, that is, “one person, one matter, one entrustment”.
