the maximum license period for foreign professional talents (Category B) is 2 years,
and the maximum license period for other foreign personnel (Category C) is 1 year.
At the same time, it does not exceed the validity period of the employer’s business license, registration certificate or government approval, labor contract or letter of appointment, and the validity period of the applicant’s passport or international travel document that can replace the passport.
