2. Required documents: Online accommodation registration usually requires submission of the following materials:
Photo of the first page of the entry and exit documents.

Photo of the address information page of the property ownership certificate or lease agreement.
3. Processing procedure:
The applicant fills in the relevant information and uploads the required materials through the above online channels.
After the system review is approved, the applicant can download the electronic file of the “Overseas Personnel Accommodation Registration Form” and print it themselves as needed.
If the application is successful, you can view and print the electronic accommodation registration form in the system; If the application is not successful, you can modify it according to the prompts and resubmit it, or go to the local police station to handle it on-site.
4. Attention:
Overseas personnel should register for accommodation by themselves or the overnight stay within 24 hours after check-in.
Residents of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan who reside or stay in rural areas can register for accommodation within 72 hours of check-in.
Overseas personnel who engage in fraudulent or false reporting shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities in accordance with the law.
5. Language support: In addition to Chinese, the online accommodation registration system also provides support in five languages: English, French, Russian, Japanese, and Korean, making it convenient for foreign friends who do not understand Chinese to use.
6. Processing time: The online processing time may differ from the window processing time, and the specific time can be based on the information provided by the local public security organs.
