Damaged or lost identification documents
If the permanent residence permit needs to be reissued due to damage or loss, it should be promptly applied to the original receiving authority for replacement or reissue.
Certificate expiration date
Foreigners’ permanent residence permits are generally valid for 5 or 10 years. After the expiration, they should apply to the original acceptance authority for renewal within 3 months before the expiration of the certificate.
