Handling process
-Foreign funded enterprises: Foreign natural persons who invest and establish enterprises in China and submit permanent residency certificates do not need to apply for notarization and authentication. After the official launch of the new permanent residence permit, in order to facilitate the registration of foreign-invested enterprises by permanent resident foreigners, the provincial market supervision bureau will connect with the system of the General Administration of Market Supervision and the Immigration Administration, and promote the online authentication of the permanent residence permit by the registration and identity verification system. Permanent resident foreigners can register foreign-invested enterprises with permanent residence permits to achieve online real name authentication and online electronic signature.
-Domestic funded companies: Foreign talents who hold permanent residence ID cards of foreigners to establish high-tech enterprises that meet the investment guidelines of the pilot areas should apply to the local market supervision and administration department for registration of establishment and business license.
