(1) Citizens of 54 countries within the scope of the 240 hour transit visa free policy (passengers departing and arriving at destinations are not limited to these 54 countries).
(2) Hold a valid international travel document with a validity period of no less than 3 months and meet the entry requirements for traveling to a third country (region).
(3) Hold a connecting ticket or relevant certificate for a third country (region) with a date and seat confirmed within 240 hours, fill in the entry card for temporary aliens, and accept the inspection and inquiry of the entry-exit border inspection authority.
