-Timely processing of document annotation: If foreign students want to work hard for study or internship, they need to obtain the consent of the school and go to the relevant management department to annotate information such as the location and duration of the work study or internship on their residence permit.
2. Scope of work
-Not exceeding the permitted area: Work strictly within the area specified in the work permit and do not exceed the scope without authorization.
-Not exceeding the time limit of the position: can only engage in the work specified on the work permit, and must not change the work content or extend the working hours without authorization within the specified time limit.
3. In terms of daily management
-Timely registration of accommodation: After changing the accommodation address within China, one must go to the relevant management department of the local public security organ within the prescribed time to complete the accommodation registration change procedures.
-Cooperate with document inspection: Carry your passport or other international travel documents, foreign residence permit, etc. with you to actively cooperate with the public security organs during inspection.
4. In terms of background conditions
-Meet basic requirements: must be at least 18 years old, in good health, have no criminal record, possess the necessary professional skills and corresponding work experience to engage in their work.
-Choose a legitimate employer: In China, one must have a formal and qualified employer, and cannot work for units without legal business qualifications or with serious records of illegal and dishonest activities.
