Meet the conditions for a Class B work permit:
-In terms of education and work experience, it is usually required to have a bachelor’s degree or above and 2 years or more of relevant work experience. But for those who have a genuine need, such as those who meet the requirements of innovation and entrepreneurship talents, professional skilled talents, outstanding foreign graduates, etc., age, education or work experience restrictions can be appropriately relaxed.
-In terms of skills and qualifications: holding an internationally recognized vocational skills qualification certificate or being a skilled talent in urgent need and shortage.
-In terms of salary level: Foreign talents with an average salary income not less than four times the local average social salary income of the previous year.
-Other special circumstances: specialized personnel who meet the regulations of relevant national departments and personnel who implement projects, or professional talents who score 60 or more points through point counting.

-Application Form for Change of Foreigner’s Work Permit in China: filled in online, exported and printed, signed by the applicant, stamped with the official seal of the employer, and uploaded to the system.
